Scott and I will be gone over the weekend on a floating/camping trip along the Smith River. I have a friend whom house sits for me often watching the gang. Wish her luck! It's getting WILD around these parts. I am excited to hear what everyone has chosen for names. I have carriers for Charlie(formerly known as Crystal), Harper, and Glacier. I have been practicing carrying them around in them and will continue. FYI they really like treats. I have been giving them this little treats by Nutro that are blueberry flavored (they smell yummy) and another Nutro kind that I have for Sunny that is for sensitive stomachs (these are bigger and occupy them for a few minutes). They are currently getting into everything they can find. So you will want to start puppy proofing now! One of the first nights we had Sunny all by herself she ate part of a house plant, we thought we were going to lose her, turns out it was a toxic but not lethal plant. So make sure you put up all house plants out of puppy reach. They love shoes, put those in the closet. Since they were on towels and sheets for so long they have a tendency to want to pee on cloth on the ground (ie rugs, dirty clothes, wet towels) so be aware. Potty training is fun and required diligence, but they are really smart and will get it quickly as long as you continue to be diligent with watching them.
